We are no longer able to accommodate attendees who have not paid for their event registrations before arrival. Please ensure that you have paid for your attendance in full, prior to arriving in Napa Valley. If you arrive and your registration fee is still outstanding, you will be unable to check in for the event unless you pay on-site by check or credit card. All event fees should be paid by January 19, 2024.

Napa Valley in February is a little chilly, but spring is in the air! The average high is 62 degrees, and the average low is 37 degrees, typically at night. The sun rises at approximately 7 a.m. and sets at approximately 5:45 p.m. Pacific Time Zone.

Attire for Friday is casual unless you are participating in the fine dining experience. Saturday is snappy casual if you are attending the wine tasting and semi-formal for the banquet in the evening. You will be provided with a name badge upon arrival and are expected to wear it throughout the weekend. Your membership badge should be worn on Saturday evening.

  • Your badge
  • Athleisure for the excursion on Saturday
  • Semi-formal attire for the banquet on Saturday
  • A light sweater or wrap for the event space (these spaces are sometimes chilly)
  • Money for incidentals, vendor purchases, airport transfers to and from the hotel, transportation to and from the events and meals on your own.
