Charlotte FAQ
We have carefully designed each of our 150th-anniversary celebrations to reflect the unique character of their locations and to meet the interests of our attendees. For the Charlotte event, we’ve curated a variety of engaging and enjoyable activities that we believe will resonate with the sisters joining us there. Our goal is to ensure a memorable and meaningful experience for everyone, tailored to the preferences and expectations of our Charlotte attendees.
Attire for Friday is casual unless you are participating in the fine dining experience. Saturday is snappy casual for the brunch and casual for the excursions. You will be provided with a name badge upon arrival and are expected to wear it throughout the weekend.

- Money for incidentals, vendor purchases, airport transfers to and from the hotel, transportation to and from the events and meals on your own
All programming will conclude by 2 p.m. on Saturday. Optional activities may be added after the luncheon. Breakfast on Sunday will be on your own.
Refunds must be requested by September 6, 2024, to receive the full amount paid. Cancellations after the deadline are possible without a refund. Please contact Page Adams regarding cancellations.
