For those traveling from out of town, we are currently negotiating a room block close to our event venue. Information regarding the room block will be available soon, so check the website often to reserve your room early. Reservations will be limited and on a first-come, first-served basis.
Event Gala Location
Our Saturday luncheon is being held at the Mint Museum in the Silverman Grand Room. The Mint Museum was established in 1936 and is North Carolina’s first art museum! The museum houses an impressive variety of collections from different regions and times. We are so excited to host our celebratory luncheon in this beautiful and historic space.
Travel
All attendees are responsible for booking their own travel to and from Charlotte and transportation throughout the weekend. Gamma Phi Beta is not responsible for travel buddy arrangements or agreements.

The closest airport to the reception hotel is the Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT).
