National Panhellenic Conference
Gamma Phi Beta Sorority is a founding member of the National Panhellenic Conference (NPC), one of the oldest and largest women's membership organizations in North America.
Since 1902, NPC has advocated for its member sororities/women's fraternities, serving as the national voice on contemporary issues of sorority life. Today, 26 member groups are represented; all consent to uphold the Unanimous Agreements which were developed to promote cooperation and positive relationships between all groups.
NPC groups include more than 4 million women at 655 higher education campuses as well as counting 4,500 local alumnae chapters in the U.S. and Canada. Each year, affiliated members donate more than $5 million to worthy causes, provide $2.8 million in scholarships to women and volunteer 500,000 hours in their communities.
