Leadership Development
The Foundation provides grants and essential support to Gamma Phi Beta Sorority leadership programs. We help fund attendance at educational opportunities including Convention, The Academy and Regional Leadership Conferences. Our collegiate leadership consultant program is also partially funded through leadership development giving. Camping
Gamma Phi Beta Sorority's international philanthropy is camping for girls. Since 1959, we have given nearly $2.45 million to Camp Fire USA, Girl Guides of Canada and local camps for children. Studies show a camping experience benefits girls in lasting ways that inspire them to lead responsible, confident lives. If you’re passionate about camping -- we invite you to make a difference and make a gift toward camping opportunities for girls by selecting "Camping Fund" from the drop-down menu in the Designation box.
Financial Aid
We support our members' education goals by providing undergraduate scholarships and graduate fellowships. Donor generosity allowed us to award 105 scholarships, fellowships and grants-in-aid totaling $185,000 in 2009-2010.
If you are passionate about helping students fund their college education, please make a gift toward a scholarship or fellowship endowment by selecting "Financial Aid Fund" from the drop-down menu in the Designation box.
You can also create your own named endowment with a minimum gift of $25,000. With an endowment, you can leave a legacy by funding your area of passion. Your gift will help impact a young woman's life!
