Leadership Development

The Foundation strongly believes in developing Gamma Phi Beta Sorority's emerging leaders.

We are committed to developing member confidence, teaching ethical leadership and providing tools that empower our members to lead. As a result, we help fund attendance at educational opportunities including Convention, The Academy and regional leadership conferences.

Our collegiate leadership consultant program is also partially funded through leadership development giving.
