Become a CLC
The experience of serving as a collegiate leadership consultant (CLC) is a once-in-a-lifetime experience! As representatives of our international organization, CLCs gain valuable leadership, management and communication skills. 
Each year, up to 10 recent college graduates are hired as CLCs and spend nine months traveling to Gamma Phi Beta collegiate chapters providing leadership education and support for chapter officers and members. Every CLC receives leadership skills and development training in the summer prior to her travels before going on the road and imparting that knowledge to collegiate chapters.
