Grants-In-Aid
Collegiate and Alumnae Grant-in Aid Application (for undergraudate and graduate study)
The Foundation also provides grants-in-aid to alumnae facing an unforeseen financial crisis, such as job loss, illness, disability or the death or serious illness of a family member. A grant-in-aid request may be submitted at any time. Funds must be used for education expenses.
Apply for Philanthropy Grants
The philanthropy grants awarded by the Foundation enhance the amount raised by our collegiate and alumnae chapters to send girls in need to local camps. The monies to fund the grants come from donations and interest earned from endowments to support camping for girls, Gamma Phi Beta’s international philanthropic focus.
Since 1959, the Foundation has given nearly $2.45 million in total grants to Camp Fire USA, Girl Guides of Canada and local camps for children. Gamma Phi Beta chapters raising funds for camping are encouraged to complete the 2012 Philanthropy Grants Application (supplemental funds) from the Foundation to enhance the amount raised.
