Personal and Professional Development
Volunteer positions provide our members with excellent opportunities for
professional development and personal growth. Our volunteers work in a variety
of areas for the Sorority and can explore new areas of individual interest
while expanding their team-working, communication and relationship-building
skills. Any résumé is enhanced through volunteerism as your sharpen your
business savvy, career knowledge, time-management and aptitude.
Sisterhood and Networking
Gamma Phi Beta volunteers develop new friendships with sisters across the country.
Volunteer opportunities vary from working with collegians to working with
other alumnae. Volunteers connect with each other at Convention, conferences
and small group meetings. Our Sorority volunteers enjoy working with other members
and inspiring the highest type of womanhood as they develop lasting
relationships.
Whatever your schedule allows, Gamma Phi Beta has a volunteer position for you! You can start small by volunteering at a one-time event such as recruitment or Initiation; some members even "e-volunteer," serving volunteer hours electronically.
