Recommend women for membership

To recommend qualified young women for membership, Gamma Phi Beta members should write a recruitment reference and send it to the alumna reference chairwoman for the college campus. References help collegiate chapters get to know women who might not otherwise pursue sorority membership. Reference Forms (Form #38) are in the spring issue of The Crescent and are also available from on the Web site (via the link below) by e-mailing IH@gammaphibeta.org or by mail at 12737 E. Euclid Drive, Centennial, CO, 80111-6445.

If you are interested in participating in recruitment and know a Gamma Phi Beta member, feel free to ask the member to complete a reference form and send it to the alumna reference coordinator for your campus.

Support a collegiate chapter
Gamma Phi Beta is always in need of alumnae to help support our collegiate chapters. Contact IH at 303-799-1874 or by e-mail at info@gammaphibeta.org. IH will give you the name of the regional coordinator for the chapter you are interested in supporting. She will inform you of the needs of the chapter and how you can help.

If there is no collegiate chapter near you, you can still support a chapter in one of the following 2 ways.

• Offer to serve as a long-distance advisor – available by phone or e-mail to assist a chapter officer in need.
• Write references for women you know who are participating in recruitment at a campus where a Gamma Phi Beta chapter is located.
