Gamma Phi Beta's affiliated house corporations (AHCs) provide invaluable expertise and are dedicated to managing and maintaining our chapter facilities. To help keep our chapter houses well-equipped and up-to-date, the Foundation has established several ways to assist AHCs in their renovations.
By encouraging donors to give to their selected AHC through the Foundation, an affiliated house corporation can raise tax-deductible money to fund designated chapter renovations. Qualifying expenses include updates to educational spaces or the purchase of educational equipment. Even donations toward annual operating expenses for educational spaces are tax deductible if the money is funneled through the Foundation.
The Foundation can assist the AHC by providing fundraising services for a fee.
Named endowments are a wonderful way to leave a legacy in your area of passion. Endowments can be established to benefit Gamma Phi Beta’s areas of greatest need, a collegiate chapter, provide financial aid or offer leadership education.
Endowments require a minimum gift of $25,000 and can be paid over a five-year period. All endowment gifts are tax deductible to the fullest extent of the law.
