Annual Giving Societies

Named for the founding year of Gamma Phi Beta Sorority, The 1874 Society recognizes alumnae, chapters and friends whose annual unrestricted gifts total $1,874 or more. Members of The 1874 Society enjoy an especially close relationship with the Foundation, the Sorority and each other. In 2006 - 2007, the Society welcomed 10 new members, bringing total membership to 69. They enjoy benefits such as The 1874 Society/Major Donors luncheon at Convention, a newsletter and the opportunity to stay at International Headquarters. The luncheon at the 2006 Convention featured Dr. Karen Holbrook (Wisconsin), President of the Ohio State University.
Membership in The 1874 Society is renewable annually. Make an 1874 gift.

Diamond Member: $10,000 and more
Sapphire Member $5,000 - $9,999
Pearl Member: $2,500 - $4,999
1874 Member: $1,874 - $2,499

Founders Society

The Foundation's Founders Society recognizes annual, unrestricted gifts to the Foundation of $250 to $1,873. Members of this important society gave more then $110,000 for the Gamma Phi Beta Foundation in 2006-2007. Membership is renewable annually. Make a Founders Society gift.
The Foundation is looking for 100 special alumnae members to become Gold Leaders, giving at the gold level of the Founders Society. To make your $1,000 gift and join this elite group, click here

Tau Epsilon Pi Society

The Tau Epsilon Pi Society honors members who have arranged bequests, life income gifts (annuities or trusts) or gifts of life insurance for the Foundation. This society, founded in 1990, is named for the Sorority's open motto, "Founded Upon A Rock."
ΤΕΠ Society gifts are the results of thoughtful estate planning. They may provide members and friends with current estate tax benefits and produce exceptional gifts that ensure a strong future for the Foundation and members of Gamma Phi Beta.
