Gifts of Goods and Services

The Foundation often solicits in-kind gifts to benefit specific programs and services and accepts others of historic importance. In all cases, IRS regulations governing gifts of goods and services apply, and the donor is responsible for establishing the value of in-kind gifts. All expenses involved in valuation and transportation of gifts to the Foundation are the responsibility of the donor. The Foundation reserves the right to dispose of unsolicited in-kind gifts.
