Structure

The Gamma Phi Beta Foundation, like the Sorority, is led by members who volunteer their time and expertise.

A Board of Trustees, composed of no fewer than 12 and no more than 24 members, governs the Foundation. The Executive Committee manages the day-to-day affairs of the Board and is composed of the Chair and five committee chairs elected by the Board. International Council has representation on the Board of Trustees. The Executive Directors of the Foundation and the Sorority serve as ex-officio, non-voting Trustees. Voting Trustees serve three-year terms, for a maximum of six years in the same position.
