Gamma Phi Beta Ribbon Cutting and After Party
August 1, 2015

Gamma Phi Beta is celebrating the grand opening of our new sorority house with a formal ribbon cutting ceremony at the new house, followed by an after party. Both events are free, but registration and ID at the door are required. Preference for tickets will be made to chapter members and alumnae. 

2:30 p.m. Pick up your tickets
All after party tickets should be picked up at the ribbon cutting ceremony beginning at 2:30 p.m. Guests will bring their printed or online tickets and a photo ID and will be given a wristband required for entry. ​

3:30 p.m. Ribbon Cutting
The ribbon cutting will take place under a tent on the lawn of Trinity United Methodist Church with the house as the ceremony's backdrop. We'll have mocktails and water to keep you cool throughout the ceremony and will offer house tours immediately afterwards. 

The official church address is: 729 Paul W. Bryant Drive. Street parking is available (please do not park in the church lot).

8 p.m. After Party
DJ Coco will keep us dancing all night long, a photo booth will capture your memories and great food with a twist will put a smile on your face! A cash bar will also be available.

The annual meeting of the members of the Epsilon Lambda House Corporation Board will be held on August 1, 2015, at 11 a.m. at the chapter facility located at 780 Paul W.
