Membership in Gamma Phi Beta is for a lifetime and our goal as an organization is to help our members shine at all stages of membership and life. For many, the time leading up to college graduation or the start of a first job is often chaotic and somewhat stressful. To help our young alumnae members navigate all of life's new and exciting challenges, Gamma Phi Beta created ShineBeyond.org, our online resource for life after graduation.
Organized by our Core Values, Love, Labor, Learning and Loyalty, ShineBeyond.org has rich articles, tips and tools to help our members thrive. From applying to graduate school to creating a stellar résumé to remaining philanthropically involved, the website contains guidance for many new phases of life. When members are in their final semester of school, they participate in our Senior Celebration where they are introduced to our Shine Beyond program and welcomed into an alumnae chapter, encouraging lifelong participation and service.
