Serving as a collegiate leadership consultant (CLC) is a once-in-a-lifetime experience! As representatives of our international organization, CLCs gain valuable leadership, management and communication skills. Our CLCS are valuable pillars in the Sorority's structure and success and serve many roles while on the road. From teacher to motivator to confidante - these sisters are specially trained in all aspects of Gamma Phi Beta!
Each year, up to 11 recent college graduates are hired to
spend nine months traveling to Gamma Phi Beta collegiate chapters,
providing leadership education and support for chapter officers and members.
Every CLC receives professional development and leadership skill training
in the summer prior to her travels.
