Gamma Phi Beta is a sponsor of the RESPONSE ABILITY Project and supports its mission is to empower the “Every|Day Hero” in all of us. The primary topic of education used to accomplish the mission is bystander behavior and how students can develop understanding, skills and positive group behavior to be more than a bystander and end hazing.

Created in 2007, the project has evolved to include a comprehensive and award-winning educational DVD program, a book written by Dr. Alan Berkowitz, two facilitator guides, a website, interactive workshop offered through CAMPUSPEAK and a keynote program presented by founder Mike Dilbeck.
